A Gateway to the Acura Brand
The new ADX SUV will arrive at the local Acura dealer in Spring 2025. Find out what to expect.
In February, Acura announced pricing for the all-new 2025 Acura ADX, and it came as welcome news to many drivers heading for the Acura dealer. The new SUV is tech-rich, turbocharged, and packed with top-level features but comes with a starting MSRP of just $35,000.
Younger Drivers Enter Premium Market
Mike Langel, the assistant vice president of Acura National Sales, calls the ADX “a gateway model that will welcome young buyers to our performance brand.” He notes that younger drivers are entering the premium market, and the ADX provides them with an excellent gateway.
The ADX boasts youthful styling and a young, engaging driving experience. It has the premium features drivers have come to expect from the brand, but its lower price point means the new Acura SUV will be more accessible.
The ADX Is Packed With Premium Features
Despite a low starting MSRP, the ADX is exceptionally well-equipped. Drivers will be able to enjoy a standard moon roof, heated front seats, and dual-zone climate controls, to name just a few of the desirable features found in the SUV.
Acura’s new SUV also has a 10.2-inch Acura Precision Cockpit instrument display and a 9-inch color touchscreen. It boasts wireless smartphone compatibility and a Wi-Fi hotspot, making it easy to stay connected on the go.
The ADX also sets an example for the premium compact SUV class in terms of safety. It’s standard safety technology includes AcuraWatch, an advanced active safety and driver-assistance technology suite. The SUV also features a proprietary ACE body structure for added protection.
Higher Trim Levels Get More Refined Touches
Drivers who want to add an extra touch of luxury can upgrade to the A-Spec, which comes with Ultrasuede seat trim, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, and a leather-covered steering wheel. Upgrading to the higher trim level costs drivers just $3,000.
The top of the ADX lineup is the A-Spec with Advance Package, which has a sportier appearance and even more premium features. Buyers will get everything from Google built-in to a multi-view camera system and a 15-speaker premium sound system.
An Entertaining, Engaging Driving Experience
More importantly, for some drivers, the Acura ADX is fun to drive. Its turbocharged 1.5L VTEC engine and fully independent sport-tuned suspension combine to provide outstanding handling and a level of refinement not found in budget brands.
The ADX also features a sport-tuned continuously variable transmission with metal paddle shifters and an early downshift during braking. These features elevate the SUV’s sporty driving experience to the next level.
Drivers can’t find the ADX at their local Acura dealer just yet since the automaker won’t release it nationwide until Spring. However, Spring is just around the corner, so interested buyers can benefit from calling their local dealerships for more information now.
