When you think of a crossover SUV one of the first things that come to mind isn’t speed and when that SUV is one that’s made to be more efficient than most in the past, speed is often the last thing on your mind. The new Hyundai Kona is an SUV that’s powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that gives you 147 horsepower and 132 lb.-ft. of torque or a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that offers you 175 horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. of torque.
