Qoros teases a European-style SUV for the Chinese market
Qoros Auto, a fresh new Chinese-Israeli automaker based in Changshu, has published a teaser sketch that previews a miniature crossover called the 3 City. According to Left Lane News, the images suggests that the 3 City is basically a more rugged version of the Audi A3-sized 3 Hatch that was shown off at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year.
According to Car Advice, the 2015 Qoros 3 City SUV will make its global debut at the upcoming motor show in Guangzhou later this month. This City SUV will broaden the automaker’s product range and will give Qoros the ammunition it need to compete in the small crossover segment that’s experiencing massive growth across the globe, especially its home market of China.
The automaker has revealed very little about the SUV, according to Motoring, noting in its press release that the car’s design features include higher ground clearance, larger wheels, roomier interior, and a traditional SUV-style driving position. Qoros claims the SUB will have “increased ground clearance, large wheels, and a more commanding driving position” while offering ” generous space and more control for an exciting driving experience.”
